Returns & Exchanges

 

Our customer return and exchange policy is very simple. If a customer makes a purchase and is not 100% satisfied with their product for whatever reason then they have 14 days to return the product for an even exchange or a full refund. However candles that are burned more than a quarter of the way can NOT be returned for a refund. Also CGGB bracelets are made from assorted beadeds and elastic so it is NOT impossible for them to break so be sure to handle them with care! T-shirts can NOT be returned for a full or partical refund because they were washed too much and the artwork fades or is ironed off. However if the T-shirt design is damaged upon delivery, peels, crack or fade after first wash we will allow you to exchang the product for something of an equal value or a full refund. We at CGGB take our customer's satisfaction very serious and we want to make sure all our customers know that we stand behind them and our products.
